Hi All! Ok, be prepared to hear from me quite a bit in the next
few weeks! We are within a month of our home meet...
the dates are November 20th (friday), 21st and 22nd. We will have
one session Friday evening, 3 sessions on saturday
and 2 on sunday. We will be setting up the gym on thursday night,
and will put the gym back together immediately following
the last session on sunday. Remember, each gymnast's family is
required to work at least 3 sessions plus set-up or tear down
(that means 2 daughters, 6 sessions and both).
We have a very, very full meet, so we will need all the help we can
get! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and lots of fun!!
It is a great way to meet other parents that you just see going in and
out!
I have posted the letter that can be used
to ask for donations, please ask for a copy at the front desk if the last one
is there. You can
take it in wherever you think may want to donate, most Kroger stores
will give us a gift card. There was some trouble last year, but that is
the first time, so please try if you are in the store!
Also, requests for donation items and money will start coming for the
meet...we appreciate all your help and know that the money we make
goes to the team.
We will have the sign up sheets for working ready soon, we will let you
know when they are posted. I will have a meeting soon for just meet
stuff...looking at Friday, November 6th, but will let you know for
sure!
Please, if you have any questions let me know-there are a lot of new
families and I know this can be confusing!
I look forward to getting to know some of you over the meet weekend!

Sharp's Booster Club is having their
Annual Parent Meeting!
